Following credit approval, your order will be processed by the next business day (Monday through Saturday, not including holidays). Items in stock are shipped the next business day. Custom made items usually ship within two to five business days after your order is processed. The cost of shipping depends on the size of your item. Shipping and Handling for mattresses is between $35 and $90 per mattress. Most of our products will ship via UPS. Some very large items however will only ship via common carrier. You will be contacted if your order cannot be shipped via UPS and notified of any additional charges that may apply. All orders are shipped standard UPS ground. If you require a next day or second day UPS shipment, please contact us and we will process your order immediately. Additional charges will apply for next day or second day shipments.
