There are two ways in which you can place an order with us:

1. You can place an order on our secure server by choosing the item(s) you wish to order and entering your credit card information when asked. This information is safely encrypted and stored in a computer that is not accessible by anyone other than SDIproducts.com. After your order is processed, all this information is transferred to a secure machine across a proprietary one-way interface. This computer is not accessible by any network or modem, and the information is not stored anywhere else. Furthermore, ALL personal information given to us is kept strictly confidential and is used only for order purposes.

Statistically, it is much safer to use your credit card on the Web than it is in a restaurant or department store. However, we still take every possible precaution to protect the integrity of your credit card information.

2. For all custom mattress orders, you may contact us by phone or fax, during normal business hours to place your order. We take the same precautions with this type of ordering as with our online transactions.

It is our strict policy to NEVER rent or sell our customer lists.

When purchasing something on the Internet, there are three things you 
need to be sure of:

1. Data you send is strongly encrypted.
2. The web site you are doing business with is the site you think it is.
3. The site you are doing business with processes your credit card and address information in a  safe and responsible manner.

We at SDIproducts.com make it our priority to recognized these three points and to do everything we can to protect your information and privacy when shopping our web site. The first two points are taken care of by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), the industry standard security protocol that your site uses.

Once we receive your order information, we take great steps to insure the security of the information. For example we process orders many times per day so they do not "sit" anywhere very long. We process our order on machines that are not connected to the Internet, so there is no danger of people gaining access to them. Finally, we don't keep a copy of your credit card number on file. We believe this is the safest and most honest way to do business.

So by taking these many precautions, we feel you need not worry about using the Internet as a  convenient alternative to conventional "real life" shopping. In many ways it is even safer.
