WARRANTY The quality and craftsmanship built into every waterbed heating system allow the manufacturer to off the following warranty to the first purchaser only. 2 Year Limited Warranty

All waterbed heating systems are warranted to be free
from defects in material or workmanship for the period indicated above
from the date of purchase. Subject to the following conditions:
1. This warranty shall be void if the waterbed heater is not used in accordance with the instructions in the manual and in conjunction with a confining frame and waterbed mattress of approved size and a fitted safety liner capable of capturing the entire liquid contents of the mattress should a rupture occur. |
2. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage and
expressly excludes any damage caused by improper use or installation,
negligence, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, accidents, acts of nature
or failures caused by extreme temperatures.
3. We reserve the right to substitute materials or models of comparable quality. 4. This warranty provides for 100% replacement, less shipping, under the stated terms of the warranty. |
| THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR
OR REPLACEMENT OF THE WATERBED HEATER SOLELY AT OUR OPTION. THE REPAIR
OR REPLACEMENT UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE
CONSUMER AND MANUFACTURER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON
THIS PRODUCT. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
OF THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
THIS IS THE EXCLUSIVE EXPRESS WARRANTY FOR THIS WATERBED HEATER AND ANY
OTHER STATEMENTS OR WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY DENIED. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. For warranty service,
